How long does it take to get my order?
Usually, orders placed before noon will be delivered the same day (unless indicated in the box at the top of the ordering page). Deliveries occur between 1:00PM and 8:30PM. Note that this is a rough guideline. Exceptionally busy periods, vacations, maintenance downtimes, etc. may change that delivery expectation. There is no guarantee of same-day delivery.

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
This is by far the most common question.
If you live in Orléans, Blackburn Hamlet or Beacon Hill North, delivery to your door is free.
If you live in the West End of Ottawa, in Kanata or Barrhaven, sorry we don't deliver that far.

Can I just drop in to pick-up coffee?
Unfortunately not. We don't pre-roast and stock roasted coffee. Each order is roasted at the time the order is received for maximum freshness. So we don't have ready-roasted beans ready to take away. You can arrange for a curbside pick-up by placing an order online and leaving a note in your order.
