Many associate African beans with dark roasts, but Tanzania's peaberry responds best to a medium City+ roast. Brew it as a French press or pour over for best results. You will be rewarded with sweet notes including sugar cane and an excellent body: bright, piquant with a tangerine, caramel finish. What a great start to your day!
