Brasil Planalto Especial offers much more than the typical characteristics of Brazil's South Minas Gerais coffees. It is a mix of Yellow Catuai and Mondo Novo beans, half of which are processed using the pulped natural process. The result is a full and creamy body, excellent aroma and moderate acidity with subtle sweet notes of nuts and berries.
