Volcanic soils, cool mountain temperatures, and strong sun exposure support slow cherry development, producing dense beans that highlight the region’s distinctive growing conditions.
Through careful cherry selection and traditional washed processing, producers bring forward the natural character of the coffee.
This results in a clean, balanced cup with notes of cocoa, apple, raspberry, vanilla, and maple syrup, supported by lively acidity and a medium body that carries into a smooth, structured finish.
