This area is famous for its nutrient-rich volcanic soil, high altitude and cool temperatures allowing coffee cherries to thrive and develop slowly allowing for more complex final fruit.
This bean has been described directly from the ten dedicated family farms who have crafted this unique blend as having the following notes;
Raspberry, Black Currant, Ferraro-Roche Chocolate, Hazelnut, Clean and Smooth, Medium Body.

Brazil Planalto Especial offers much more than the typical characteristics of Brazil's South Minas Gerais coffees.
It is a mix of Yellow Catuai and Mondo Novo beans, half of which are processed using the pulped natural process.
The result is a full and creamy body, excellent aroma and moderate acidity with subtle sweet notes of nuts and berries.

The Huehuetenango region coffees are one of the main non-volcanic coffees of Guatemala, and come from a very high and dry area, in terms of coffee farm locations.
Huehuetenango coffees are known for a distinctly sweet acidity to them, with fruity notes of citrus, strawberry, and/or plum, and occasional cocoa.
